Trabert & Hoeffer's tradition of presenting some of the world's most superb fine jewelry began in 1930. They established their first store in New York on Park Avenue. Trabert & Hoeffer later expanded to Beverly Hills, Palm Beach, Atlantic City and finally Chicago.
Mauboussin was a famous Parisian jeweler who had a location in New York City which they closed but sold the inventory to Trabert & Hoeffer. That is how the historic partnership was born. This established Trabert & Hoeffer as a jeweler of excellence worldwide. The designs created in the 1930s through the early 1950s have been preserved with the illustrious Trabert & Hoeffer/Mauboussin stamp.
